1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order in our online shop, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement. A contract is only concluded once we accept this offer by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include VAT and are in euros. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be clearly communicated before the order is finalized.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during the ordering process. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Delivery within Germany typically takes 1–4 business days unless stated otherwise. If items are not available or delays occur, the customer will be informed promptly. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our separate Right of Withdrawal page for full details, including exclusions and how to return goods.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. The customer must inspect wallpaper rolls for defects before application. Claims after installation cannot be accepted. We are not liable for aesthetic differences due to screen display.

10. Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for minor breaches of duty unless essential contract obligations are affected.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/odr. We are not obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Applicable Law

German law applies. For consumers within the EU, this does not limit mandatory consumer rights in their country of residence.

14. Special Conditions for Customized Products

Wallpaper by the meter, photo wallpaper, and other customized or made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These items are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be returned.

15. Returns and Deductions

Returned goods must be in original condition and packaging. Items that have been opened, cut, or removed from their packaging (e.g., wallpaper rolls) may be subject to value deductions or refused. All returns must include proof of purchase.

16. Discounts and Promotions

Discounted items are excluded from refunds. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
