Shipping policy

Shipping Area
We currently only ship within Germany using the carriers GLS and DHL.

Shipping Costs

• For orders under €99, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.95.

• Orders over €99 are shipped free of charge.

• For sample orders, a fixed shipping fee of €4.95 always applies, regardless of the total order value.

Delivery Time
Unless otherwise stated, your order will be delivered within 1–4 business days after the contract is concluded (or after payment has been received in the case of advance payment).

Shipping Method
Your order will be shipped via GLS or DHL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the shipping carrier.

Delays in Delivery
If delays occur due to special circumstances (e.g. high order volume or supplier delays), we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
