Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you (who is not the carrier) physically receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or using the withdrawal form below):

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. The cancellation period is met if you send your notice before the 14-day period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional charges for non-standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.
Refunds are made using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned them.
Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These are € 19.95 per parcel.
Condition of Returned Items
Please return items in original condition and packaging, where reasonably possible. If the item is damaged or more used than necessary to assess it, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.
Exclusions
You do not have a right of withdrawal for:

Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., wallpaper per meter, photo wallpaper)

Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken (e.g., opened packaging of wallpaper rolls)

Wallpaper rolls whose protective plastic seal has been removed
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may only offer a partial refund:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued via your original payment method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange, email us at support@luxurywalls.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If it was shipped to the buyer, the refund will go to the buyer.
